Homeschool portfolio checklist
A printable homeschool portfolio checklist: dated work samples per subject across the year, plus the supporting records evaluators expect. Free, no signup.
HOW TO USE IT
- Print one sheet per learner per school year.
- For each subject, collect a dated sample early, mid, and late in the year and check the box as you file it.
- Work through the supporting-records list once per term.
- Keep the finished portfolio small: three to five samples per subject beats a full box.
