Delete your hayway family account
hayway, provided by MU Works LLC, lets a primary guardian request deletion directly from the family app.
Request deletion in the app
- Sign in to the hayway family app.
- Open Settings and scroll to Danger zone.
- Select Delete This Family, type DELETE, and confirm.
What is deleted
Access to the selected family and its guardian profiles is revoked immediately. Its active sessions are invalidated. Eligible family data then enters an approximately 30-day deletion period. Other childcare-center memberships under the same sign-in are not deleted.
What may be retained
Records required for legal, billing, safety, childcare compliance, tax, security, or audit obligations may be retained for the required period. Child records controlled by a childcare center may also require coordination with that center.
