Tuition billing without the busywork
Recurring invoices go out on schedule and families pay themselves. Flat-rate, hourly or age-based, drop-in and prepaid wallets are all supported, with sibling discounts built in.
Low 0.4% ACH fees
Parents pay by bank transfer or card through Stripe. ACH carries a low 0.4% platform fee (capped at $2); card adds 1.5% on top of standard processing, itemized to families.
Digital attendance and check-in
Log arrivals and pickups in a tap. Biometric / passkey check-in uses the device FaceID or TouchID (opt-in), with PIN and QR fallback so any caregiver can sign a child in.
Parent messaging, off your personal phone
Send updates, announcements, and photos through in-app messaging without using a personal phone number. The full parent app is included, so families can pay, sign, and see updates in one place.
Daily updates for families
Share daily sheets with photos, meals and naps so families always know how the day went, all from your phone.
Subsidy support and tax statements
Year-end tax statements are included on the Home plan. Home Pro adds prepared subsidy claim records compared with attendance, plus state remittance import and reconciliation.
